Athletes from Mobile Central High School claimed both the top spot and the runner up spot earlier this month at the Basketball NL East Coast Tournament Grade 6A competition. Because of the number of girls who play basketball at Mobile, the school sent two teams to the provincial tournament. Both squads went undefeated before going head-to-head in the championship game, with the Monarch White team earning the win.
